Little extra, bonus Copywriter Underground tip for you: using Google Desktop Search (in Windows XP) or Vista search (on Vista) is a great way of doing CRM-like stuff.  You can search for the name of a contact or company and see all their emails, proposals and so on in a list. It&#039;s a good thing to do before sending an email or calling.  If you&#039;re quick you can also do it when you see a client&#039;s number come up on called ID when they ring you.</description>
