It&#039;s all about automation (and NO, I&#039;m not talking about computer automation, per se) and, as you say, &quot;working smarter&quot;. In the end, I believe, asking for pay raises only gets you so far, and it&#039;ll leave you more indebted to the client. Personally, using business systems, I&#039;ve learned how to deal with clients very little. I let the market dictate what it will pay and I automate the process so that my workload to revenues graph is actually trending in the opposite direction.</description>
